Overview
I spent over 12 years in financial services working with Royal Bank of Canada holding a variety of management positions including sales, audit, and marketing. I left in 1998 to pursue my entrepreneurial interests and have been self employed ever since. I have provided sales and marketing consulting services to Banks and Credit Unions, played a strategic role with a healthcare company and currently provide strategic internet and social media solutions to businesses looking to adopt the "Enterprise 2.0" meme.

I am certified as a Knowledge Manager (2003) and certified in Competitive Intelligence (2005).

My current areas of passion are knowledge performance, social networking analysis, Web/Enterprise 2.0, and Intelligence for better decision making.
